Shopping

Dear Sr. Smith

The last week I bought a XBOX , but unfortunately, the product does work as intended.  It turns itself off after just five or ten minutes of operation. I am disappointed because I have paid for a XBOX that is clearly not in working order. Each time it shuts itself down, I have to stop what I am doing and restart it. It is the third one I've had to return this month.

I bought it from ABC stores at Niquia, I was careful to follow the instructions for use, honestly.

Please resolve this problem by a full refund. I paid cash for the XBOX, and I prefer cash in return. I have enclosed a copy of the receipt.

Please let me know at your earliest convenience when I may come for the money.

I'm looking forward to your reply and the resolution of this matter. I will wait two weeks before turning to a consumer protection agency. Please contact me at the above street address or email, or by phone at 342349938.

    Completeness: 4 is your grade... I think you have done an excellent job. you had include some new words and for me is a great writing. I just think you should check the following sentence: "Please let me know at your earliest convenience when I may come for the money". (it was a little bit difficult to understand.

    it wasn´t 5 ´cuz you didn´t use the expressions that we saw in class. so you just use the following: "Please let me know at..."
